GENERAL RULES FOR THE SHOW
All payments for your booth space and sponsorships are due upon receipt of invoice. All fees must be paid in full before you are allowed access to the exhibit hall.
If your company is unable to attend the 2023 IDEAS Show for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the event, a cancellation fee equal to your original agreement fee will assessed.
Suitcasing is strictly prohibited. Please report any such activity to show management immediately.
The designated time for setting up your exhibit is 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 28. NO set-up will be allowed after 8:00 a.m. on show day. You may dismantle your booth after 4:30 p.m. following the show or on Thursday, March 2 from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m.
Please ensure that at least one person is manning your exhibit at all times during show hours. It is equally important that you do not over-staff your booth. Too many people in your exhibit space infringes on your neighbors’ spaces, and it may detract from your own success.
