Who May Exhibit?
- Manufacturers and/or wholesalers of lumber and/or building materials.
- Manufacturers of kitchen & bathroom accessories and fixtures.
- Firms selling retailers services or products,
- Manufacturers’ representatives,
- Wholesale affiliates of NRLA retail members,
- Trade associations.
- Industry publications.
- Universities, colleges and Vo-Tech high schools offering building material curricula.
Who May Not Exhibit?
- Any organization, regardless of industry segment, with a customer base consisting of primarily contractors and direct sales.

GENERAL RULES FOR THE SHOW
All payments for your booth space and sponsorships are due upon receipt of invoice. All fees must be paid in full before you are allowed access to the exhibit hall.
If your company is unable to attend the 2024 IDEAS Show for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel after February 1, 2024, a cancellation fee equal to your original agreement fee will be assessed.
Suitcasing is strictly prohibited. Please report any such activity to show management immediately.
The designated time for setting up your exhibit is 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12. NO set-up will be allowed after 8:00 a.m. on show day. You may dismantle your booth after 4:30 p.m. following the show or on Thursday, March 14 from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m.
Please ensure that at least one person is manning your exhibit at all times during show hours. It is equally important that you do not over-staff your booth. Too many people in your exhibit space infringes on your neighbors’ spaces, and it may detract from your own success.
DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING DIRECTLY TO VFCR.

All curtains, drapes, signs, banners, acoustical materials, plastic cloths and decorations must be constructed of fire resistant material. No combustible materials, merchandise, or signs are allowed to be used in the facility. All vehicles utilizing flammable fuels that are to be placed on display inside the building, shall have no more than 1/8 tank of fuel. All fuel tanks shall be locked or effectively sealed, and all battery cables shall be disconnected from the ignition system. Ignition keys for the vehicle on display shall be kept by a responsible person at the display location for removal of such vehicles from the building in the event of an emergency. No flammable liquids or liquefied petroleum gases shall be used or admitted inside the building. Smoking is not permitted in the Event Center, Event Center tunnel, restrooms or stairwells.
The aisles, passageways and overhead spaces will remain under the control of the IDEAS Show, NRLA and VFC Resort management. No signs, decorations, banners, advertising matter or exhibits will be permitted in those areas except by written permission. Please be respectful of your neighbors and stay within the confines of your own designated space.
There are three (3) passenger elevators in the Valley Forge Casino Resort Event Center. These elevators are not to be used by exhibitors or show management for the purpose of transporting freight by a cart or dolly. Damage fees will be assessed for any damage caused from improper use.
Exhibitor shall indemnify and hold harmless NRLA and the VFC Resort from and against any and all claims, damages, losses and expenses including attorneys’ fees arising out of or resulting from the activities of the Exhibitor, or the officers, contractors, licensees, agents, servants, employees, guests, invitees or visitors of Exhibitor.
